SAFETY CERTIFICATES
Landlords are required to arrange a gas safety check every 12 months for the gas appliances and flues they provide within a rented property.
TSR Chimney Sweep can carry out your annual inspection and provide the required Landlord Gas Safety Record, often referred to as a Gas Safety Certificate or CP12.
Our service also includes carbon monoxide alarm testing, and we can supply carbon monoxide alarms where required.
